Every three years, hundreds of agencies across the country are nominated and evaluated for this honor. In 2025, 1,146 agencies were nominated to compete based on a range of operational, performance, and customer service metrics. Of those, only 348 agencies met the rigorous standards required to earn a spot on the Best Practices list. With more than 39,000 agencies operating nationwide, this recognition reflects a level of excellence few achieve.

The agency has tracked this study since its inception more than three decades ago, consistently measuring its progress against the industry’s most demanding standards. Over the past 12 years, the agency has been nominated four times, a significant achievement given the study’s selective nature. During the latest evaluation cycle, the competition was more intense than ever, with nominations quadrupling in size. Securing a spot on this year’s list is a testament to the agency’s sustained performance, commitment to its people, and client dedication.
